DRAFT FOR OWNER REVIEW. Books & Taxes Inc has not approved this text. Replace it before the Intuit production app goes live.
This placeholder describes the Books & Taxes QuickBooks Online gateway at gateway.booksntaxes.com. It is not a finished privacy policy.
The gateway stores OAuth tokens for QuickBooks companies an admin connects, an audit log of tool calls, statement batches, and approval records (approver email, name, and Intuit subject). Bot credentials are stored only as hashes. The gateway does not sell this data.
QuickBooks company data is requested from Intuit when a bot or an approved batch needs it. Intuit's privacy notice applies to data Intuit holds. Questions go to the Books & Taxes owner who operates this gateway.
