The gateway is a private tool for Books & Taxes Inc and its staff. It is not sold as a public service. Use of the gateway is limited to people Books & Taxes authorizes. The gateway reads and, when a person has approved a statement batch, posts bookkeeping entries to a QuickBooks Online company that a QuickBooks admin has connected.
Books & Taxes may suspend access that is misused. Intuit QuickBooks Online is a separate service with its own terms.
